More.is.More s.r.o. (“we”, “us”), the maker of Medieval Uprising, is the controller of your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you hold. It is written to be read — if anything is unclear, write to us at info@moreismore.cz.
Who we are

Of the data we gather
- Your account. You sign in with Google or Apple. We receive your email address and a stable account identifier from them. We do not see or store your Google or Apple password.
- Your consent record. We keep a record of which version of this policy you accepted, and when, so we can ask you again when it materially changes.
- Your location, while you play. Medieval Uprising is a map game. With your device’s permission, the app reads your precise location to place you on the game map. Our servers keep only the coarse, game-derived map coordinates you interact with — not a history of where you have been.
- Your progress. Your nickname, in-game currencies, characters, inventory, friends list, and play statistics.
- App and device information. Basic technical data such as your app version, language, and IP address, used to run the service and keep it secure.
- Analytics and crash reports. The app uses Google Firebase to understand how the game is used and to receive crash and diagnostic reports. See our Cookie & Similar Technologies Policy for the full list.
Why we gather it, and our legal grounds
- To give you the game and your account — this is our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To use your location and to run analytics — with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw through your device settings.
- To keep the game secure and working, and to prevent cheating — our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers who help us run the game:
- Google — sign-in, and Firebase analytics & crash reporting.
- Apple — sign-in.
- Mapbox — the map.
- Our hosting — the game runs on our own servers hosted with Hetzner in the European Union.
Where your data is handled
Our own servers are in the European Union (Hetzner). Some of the providers above (Google, Apple, Mapbox) may process data outside the EU. Where they do, the transfer is covered by an appropriate safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and game data for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data, except anything we must keep by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to: see the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; limit or object to how we use it; or receive it in a portable form. To use any of these, write to info@moreismore.cz.
Deleting your account. We are building a self-serve delete option in the app. Until then, email info@moreismore.cz and we will delete your account and personal data.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
Children
Medieval Uprising is not intended for children under 15. If you are under 15, please do not use the game without a parent or guardian’s involvement.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy in a way that matters, we raise its version and ask you to accept the new version in the app. This is version 1.0, effective 2026-07-12.
