Medieval Uprising accounts belong to their players. You can delete yours at any time — in the app, or by e-mail if you no longer have it installed. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Medieval Uprising and sign in.
- Open your profile (the character screen).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The moment you confirm, your account and all game data are deleted on our servers. You are signed out and returned to the login screen.
Delete without the app
E-mail info@moreismore.cz with the subject “Delete my account” and tell us which Google or Apple account you used to sign in. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account record, including the Google or Apple sign-in identifier (and e-mail address, if your provider shared one).
- All game progress — units, decks, upgrade trees, weapons, currencies, dungeon progress and battle statistics.
- Your friend list.
Nothing is retained after deletion. If you sign in again later, the game creates a brand-new account with fresh starting data.
